We accept returns within 30-days of purchase on any rxformula.com orders. 

We want you to absolutely love the results you see, so if you're unsatisfied for any reason we'll take it back within 30-days - no questions asked. 

Processing Time: Once your return has reached our facility, please allow 10-15 business days processing time and up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Both original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the original order amount in your refund.

Exclusions: Certain items are excluded from this return policy. The following items cannot be returned nor refunded:  
- Gift Cards
- Samples
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Shipping and/or Return Label Costs
